14 day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The period runs from:
- Physical goods: the day you (or someone you have named, other than the carrier) take possession of the item. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last one. This applies to all our goods, including hair extensions and hair care products, and also if the packaging has been opened.
- Online courses: the day you buy the course. See below for when the right of withdrawal for a course ends.
- Course with starter kit: for the starter kit and practice head, the period runs from the day you receive them. The rule for online courses applies to the course itself.
- Gift cards: the day you buy the gift card, as long as it has not been used.
If the last day of the period falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day (5 June), 24 December or 31 December, the period ends on the next working day.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement before the period ends. You can choose:
- The "Withdraw from contract here" function below. It is also at the bottom of every page. Enter your name, your email and your order number, and press "Confirm withdrawal". Without undue delay, we email you a receipt with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was sent.
- An email to kontakt@princessbeauty.dk. You can use the wording of the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We confirm receipt by email.
- A letter with the model withdrawal form to the address at the bottom of this page.
You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the period ends.
Online courses: when does the right of withdrawal end?
Before you add a course to the cart, you tick the consent box on the course product page. By doing so you expressly consent to the supply of the course beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the course once you have started the first lesson. We confirm your consent in the order confirmation you receive by email. Until you start the first lesson, you can withdraw as normal.
The courses also let you write to Princess Beauty and take part in a community. Should a course therefore be treated as a service rather than digital content, the following applies instead: you have asked for the course to begin straight away, and you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase, but you pay an amount in proportion to the part of the course supplied up to your withdrawal.
If you withdraw from a course purchase, we close your access to the course.
Returns
Return the item no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing, to: Princess Beauty, Fyrkildevej 43, st. tv., 9220 Aalborg Øst, Denmark. You pay the direct cost of returning it. We recommend a tracked shipment so you can show that it was sent.
If you return only the starter kit and practice head from a course with starter kit, we refund the price difference between the course with and without the starter kit.
Exception to the right of withdrawal
The only exception is online courses, once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed that consent by email (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(13)). All physical goods can be returned.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except the extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you pay no fees for the refund.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling it more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Use the form to withdraw from all or part of your order. Fields marked * are required. When you press "Confirm withdrawal", we email you, without undue delay, a receipt with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was sent.
